We love to support the community and are pleased to offer horse show organizations special discounts and offers to use our products for prizes, fundraising, and so forth. Please reach out to us via our contact page with your full proposal and show details for consideration.
Sponsorships are evaluated on a case by case basis. To help us best support you, please contact us at least 2 months prior to your show.
Due to the very high volume of requests, we may not be able to respond to every request, so thank you for your understanding.

To redeem you certificate/voucher, you'll want to make sure:
- - That you’re purchasing in the currency listed on the certificate/voucher;
- - That the total amount of qualifying products in your cart (subtotal) is greater to our equal the certificate voucher amount (taxes, shipping, and other fees are excluded);
- - That you're ordering qualifying products (sometimes certain products are excluded or are not available in your country, which will be noted on your certificate/voucher and on our Policies page);
- - That you’re entering the code in the coupon code section at checkout;
- - That you're only redeeming one certificate/voucher at a time (only one can be redeemed per order).
After that, get excited for your goodies to deliver to you shortly and then enjoy! :)

Shipping & Delivery
We do our BEST to process your order within 24 hours, but it may take up to 48 during peak seasons!
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days, 7 during the Holidays!
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply. Buyer shall be aware that applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price or collected at time of purchase, but that Buyer is still responsible for any and all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
If required by law, MAVRIK equine may collect applicable sales tax at time of purchase, such as GST, HST, PST, QST, or VAT, and this will be shown at check-out.
MAVRIK equine is not responsible for any delays due to customs or other parties.
***Limitations: Not all items may be shipped to certain countries due to import regulations. It an item is restricted, this will be noted in the product description. If you order an item for shipment to a country where it is restricted, we will remove the restricted item from your order, refund you for the restricted item, and ship your complete order minus the restricted item. INGREDIENTS AND TRANSPARENCY
All our products are subject to quality control and are produced with a level of standard for human use.
All of our Sterling products list the full ingredients on the label.
All of our MAVRIK products list MOST ingredients on the labels. We aren't trying to trick anyone, or be cute, but we researched these products for 2 year and tested for another year to get the formula right and they work better than anything else out there! We are working on patenting our products, so we cannot release the essential oil blends at this time.
We take USEF/FEI compliance VERY seriously. We sponsor riders that compete at the highest levels and our daughter also competes. Your trust is important to us and we are happy to earn it.
We have shared our ingredients list with both the FEI and USEF. Additionally, we regularly check for ANY updates, or changes that can effect our ingredient lists.
AND: we take it one step further and compare the constituents, (or the substances that essential oils break down as and the chemicals that make them effective) against the list to ensure that we don't miss anything.
We will share that NONE of our grooming products include the following banned substances:
Lavender, Rosemary, Peppermint, Pepper, Eucalyptus & Wintergreen
We rely a lot on YOU! Our company is customer and animal focused. If you would like to see us develop a product for your specific needs, please reach out, we love new ideas. Our Hair Repair was developed at the request of a trainer and we got so many requests for Fly Dope we couldn't say no!
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return any unused product within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked! Please review our Refund Policy here: Refund Policy

In the event you return your product within 30 days of purchase you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product. We do not reimburse for any shipping fees.
