Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy with a money back satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because we’re a small, family-run shop, we aim to make returns as simple as possible.
If something arrives damaged or defective, beyond possible use, we will replace it or refund the original form of payment.
If you are not satisfied with your product, for any reason please return the unused portion, in it's original container to:

Refunds will not be issued without the return of the product in it's original container to MAVRIK equine. There are no exceptions. MAVRIK equine does not reimburse for shipping fees on returned items and does not pay for the shipping of returned items.

Lost, or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless the customer purchases package protection at checkout.
- If package protection was purchased, we will either reship the order or refund it upon your request.
- If protection was not purchased, you may need to file a claim with the carrier.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a photo of damaged product within 7 days of receipt to HayNelson@mavrikequine.com and we will replace your order at no charge to you and file the claim on our end.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
