Shipping policy
MAVRIK equine is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages. In the event Buyer has a package that is lost, stolen, missing, or inaccurately reported as delivered and cannot be located and the Buyer did not purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, then Buyer is solely responsible for filing any and all claims with the shipping provider directly. If buyer has purchased Shipping Protection, please reach out to us at HayNelson@mavrikequine.com and we will process your claim for you and send new products out as soon as possible.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply. Buyer shall be aware that applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price or collected at time of purchase, but that Buyer is still responsible for any and all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
If required by law, MAVRIK equinw may collect applicable sales tax at time of purchase, such as GST, HST, PST, QST, or VAT, and this will be shown at check-out.
MAVRIK equine is not responsible for any delays due to customs or other parties.
U.S. Export Regulations Destination Control
Goods are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items without first obtaining approval from the U.S. Government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
***Limitations: Not all items may be shipped to certain countries due to import regulations. It an item is restricted, this will be noted in the product description. If you order an item for shipment to a country where it is restricted, we will remove the restricted item from your order, refund you for the restricted item, and ship your complete order minus the restricted item.
**Please note that due to the carrier shortages and international conflicts, shipments may experience delays, longer transit times than normal, and less frequent carrier tracking updates. International shipments may be particularly impacted due to factors such as greatly decreased international air traffic and higher shipment volume. We will do our utmost to ensure your shipment arrives safely and as promptly as we can within reason given these challenging circumstances and times. Thank you so much for your patience.
